A Retrospective of Marvel Cinematic Universe Films Shot at Pinewood Group

As we bid farewell to an era with the final Avengers saga, Avengers: game, let us take a nostalgic journey through the 12 Marvel Cinematic Universe films that have been brought to life at Pinewood Studios. These incredible stories began their grand cinematic odyssey in 2011, when Captn America: The First Avenger graced our stages.

The first of these fil call Pinewood Shepperton Studios home was Thor: The Dark World in 2013, supported by Pinewood Digital. Fast forward a few months and the epic Guardians of the Galaxy captivated audiences at Shepperton Studios in 2014, with support from Pinewood Digital and audio post-production handled by Pinewood Creative Audio.

In 2015, as Avengers: Age of Ultron embarked on its journey of global destruction and creation, it was supported by Pinewood Digital and once agn Pinewood Creative Audio provided the thunderous foley recording. That year also saw Ant-Man make history when it became the first film to shoot at our very own Pinewood Atlanta Studios.

The next chapter in Captn America's saga was penned within the walls of Shepperton, as Captn America: Civil War rolled through its action-packed beats from 2016 onwards, and similarly, Doctor Strange cast a spell on our stages later that year.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. II, set to pulsating cosmic tunes, took over Pinewood Atlanta Studios in 2017 alongside Spider-Man: Homecoming both films were a testament to the versatility and scale of our Atlanta facilities.

Avengers: Infinity War unleashed its fury on Pinewood Atlanta's stages in 2018, supported by Pinewood Digital. The legary New York battle scene was meticulously crafted between these very stages.

In the summer of 2018, Ant-Man and the Wasp emerged from the darkness at our Atlanta Studios, as a new era of superhero cinema began to unfold.

The saga concludes in grand fashion this year with Avengers: game, now gracing the big screen after shooting its final scenes at Pinewood Atlanta, with support from Pinewood Digital. The final curtn call for this epic journey is upon us.
